Cancellation Policy *

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one registers for a retreat with the intention of cancelling, but the unexpected does happen. Definitions: 1. Cancellation is defined as not attending your scheduled Wild Wandering Creations Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. 2. You or Your refers to the guest booking a Wild Wandering Creations Retreat. 3. We or Us or Our refers to Wild Wandering Creations. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Refunds and credit are determined by the following schedule. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. If you are cancelling... Within 48 hours of registering for this retreat you will receive a full refund. After 48 hours of registering for this retreat the deposit will be non-refundable. Final Payment due August 10 2023 will be non-refundable.
