“I was lucky enough to attend a Yoga class and Mala workshop hosted by Laurelle. I was fairly new to yoga at the time, and she led the class beautifully. It was easy to follow, relaxing and allowed me to get in tune with myself for the evening. Laurelle was a brilliant instructor, with a perfectly smooth and calming delivery of instructions—you can tell she truly feels what she is saying. Extremely enjoyable, and I look forward to the opportunity to attend another session sometime. The Mala bead workshop was an added bonus to the Yoga. It was an interesting, and at some moments, a humbling experience into some of the thoughts, feelings and experiences happening in my life at the time. I was brought to tears going over the selection of beads I chose. I came home with a beautiful memento to get back in touch with those feelings at home, and to reaffirm my mantra from that evening. I met some wonderful new people, in a fun, spiritual and relaxing setting, and would absolutely take part again given the opportunity.”

“I attended a New Moon Flow yoga class with Laurelle and it was one of my favourite classes to date! Laurelle is a fantastic teacher with a soothing voice, and the class was challenging, without pushing the limits. She provided adjustments when it was helpful, and offered different extensions for many of the postures for more of the advanced students. At the end of the class during savasana she gave a wonderful adjustment using peppermint oil, and it is my new favourite thing! I will never miss a class with her in the future if I can help it!!”

As I was preparing for my wedding, I decided that I wanted to make sure to take time for myself, and to remember to be mindful and present on the big day. That is why I hired Laurelle to provide four weeks of wellness leading up to my wedding. I was blown away with the high quality content that Laurelle provided! She tailored the package I purchased to meet my needs. It included journal prompts, meditations, relaxation techniques, and informative videos. Each week I was able to learn about a new mindfulness topic, and then choose to implement it in a number of different ways. For anyone worried about adding something extra at an already busy time, I can tell you that there was absolutely no added pressure to do everything that was provided. Laurelle sent a variety of ways to implement the practices, and I was free to do as much or as little as I could fit in to my schedule. Taking a break from the tasks of wedding planning to breathe, relax, and journal added so much value to that time. Laurelle is a lovely person with a passion and talent for teaching others how to embrace mindfulness in their lives. I really appreciated having her reminders to slow down. I highly recommend her Wedding Wellness package to anyone looking for more balance in their life.

“Laurelle did such a fantastic job on my wedding make up, I couldn’t have asked for better results. She was so calm and lovely and her work was exquisite and precise. I didn’t need any touch ups for the entire day/night and the makeup looked just as perfect at the end of the night as it did when it was applied. Laurelle is incredibly professional, highly skilled, organized and so lovely and friendly. It really was a delight to have her do my wedding make up. I am so happy Laurelle was the one and only make-up artist for my 6 bridesmaids, mom and I at our wedding! She is wonderfully talented and everyone felt very beautiful after we were glammed up. It was such a great suggestion of hers to do a trial before hand so I knew what to expect for the day of! Laurelle is an extremely talented makeup artist. I was so happy with the way she did my makeup on my wedding day that I did not want to take it off at the end of the night!!! She immediately understood what I was looking for and delivered makeup that looked so natural and lasted for hours. I found the products that she used to be very high quality and there was nothing that irritated my sensitive skin. She is truly an expert at what she does! Aside from doing amazing makeup, Laurelle showed up on time, was professional and fun to be around, and made my morning stress-free and relaxing.
