WEEKEND RETREAT PRICING & PAYMENT SCHEDULE Muskoka, Ontario April 15th-17th, 2022 Note: ● Transportation not included. ● All pricing, unless otherwise noted, is per person based on double occupancy. ● Please review our Payment Schedule below to understand our deposit and payment-in-full dates. ● An invoice will be sent for deposit and final payment. ● No active solicitation of participants is allowed at Wild Wandering Creations Yoga Retreats. It is an environment of sharing and wellness, and any solicitation of guests to sell directly to participants will mean removal without a refund. Cancellation Policy *

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one registers for a retreat with the intention of cancelling, but the unexpected does happen. We recommend you purchase travel medical, interruption and cancellation insurance once you have booked your retreat reservation. See Travel and Cancellation Insurance below. Definitions: 1. Cancellation is defined as not attending your scheduled Wild Wandering Creations Retreat, including postponing or rescheduling. 2. You or Your refers to the guest booking a Wild Wandering Creations Retreat. 3. We or Us or Our refers to Wild Wandering Creations. Depending on when you cancel, cancellation penalties may apply. Refunds and credit are determined by the following schedule. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for a guest arriving late or leaving early. You must submit your signed Participant Agreement form within one week of booking or 90 days prior to retreat start date, whichever comes first. Guests who fail to do so may be subject to an automatic cancellation and the above policy will apply. We will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. If you are cancelling... Within 14 days of registering for this retreat you will receive a full refund. After 14 days of registering for this retreat the deposit will be non-refundable. Final Payment due March 1st 2020 will be non-refundable. TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE To join the retreat you must have travel insurance. Please be sure that your insurance policy covers you for all relevant SPORT ACTIVITIES you will be engaging upon on your retreat & TRIP CANCELLATION. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
